What material is used for Lovesky seating charts?

We choose sintra for all our large format signage. Sintra is a light weight PVC board with a low gloss matte finish. Excellent for indoor and outdoor use. Sintra is chemical resistant, durable, and a higher quality compared to foam core.

I want the guest names in alphabetical order instead of by tables. Can you do that?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for a quote. Because it would require more time to format this is considered a custom order.

How many names can you put on this seating chart 22”x32”?

Up to 250 guests. Depending on how many names need to be added, we make the guest names smaller but enough to still be readable.

Can I change the colour of the text and border?

Yes, you can. Please contact us for a quote and additional information. Keep in mind that monitor colours will vary depending on different computer settings so colours might look slightly different when printed.

What is the turnaround for this order?

Once we receive your excel spreadsheet, it takes us 3-5 business days to format and then we send you a digital proof to review. Once final file is approved, it takes us 1.5 weeks to print. We recommend you order at least 4 weeks prior to your desired deadline.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, we do. Please contact us if you want this service. Depending on how busy our schedule is, rush orders are limited. We will tell you right away if your desired timeline is something we can or cannot accommodate. A rush fee will also be applied.
