Process

Once a quote is agreed upon, we require 50% deposit and signed contract prior to starting your order. We provide 2-3 proofs and work with you on your ideal design until the final file is approved and proofed. The remaining balance is due before printing. We notify you when your order is complete and when we can meet for stationery pickup. 

Average turnaround for invitations is 6-9 weeks which includes design, assembly and print. It is possible to have a faster turnaround but a rush fee is included, expedited shipping of materials and depending if we can get your paper elements on time. A turnaround of less than 4 weeks is considered a rush order.

For orders using template design, the turnaround is quicker for 2.5-4 weeks. We suggest you contact us as soon as possible in order for us to help with your wishes and meet your deadline.
